Holly Madison found her autism recently. She said her mom’s hunch validated her concerns. “I’ve been suspicious of it for a while because my mom told me that she was always suspicious that that was a thing.” Madison said she zoned out as a child and had trouble reading social signs. Early in 2023, Madison was diagnosed with high-executive functioning autism. She said it meant living “normally.” Despite becoming more reticent and recently learning to make eye contact, she said her quietness and inclination to get lost in her thoughts shouldn’t be taken personally. “I can apologize if I interrupt or talk over people and explain why,” she said, adding that she wants people to understand her illness. “I have more patience now, and I don’t take things personally.”

Lady Gaga – Fibromyalgia
Due to fibromyalgia, Lady Gaga canceled ten dates of her $95 million “Joanne” World Tour in 2018. In her 2017 Netflix documentary Gaga: Five Foot Two, the global superstar struggled with chronic discomfort. Gaga tweeted, “In our documentary the #chronicillness #chronicpain I deal w/ is #Fibromyalgia.” The illness produces widespread pain and pressure-induced agony. It can impact sleep and memory and is linked to anxiety and sadness. “I wish to help raise awareness & connect people who have it,” Lady Gaga, real name Stefani Germanotta, tweeted, reaching out to fans with the condition.
