When Your Dog Brings You a Gift
We’re sure your dog, like the lovely little French bulldog in the photo below, has given you shoes, gifts, and, in less favorable scenarios, a dead animal at least once. If your dog does this, consider it a sign of respect and reverence; they are truly trying to make you happy by giving you something! How cute is that? Now you know, the next time your dog struts confidently into the room with a dead animal in its mouth, simply try to disguise the disgusted expression and smile. Unless, of course, it’s your neighbor’s cat.

Dogs Sleeping Back to Back
We’ve domesticated dogs so much that we sometimes forget where they come from and that they’re ‘pack’ creatures. We are reminded of this whenever we observe two canines getting along or demonstrating ‘pack’ behaviors around one another. For example, they may sleep back to back. Aside from being adorable, a dog will only do this with another member of their ‘pack,’ a dog in whom they have complete trust. At the end of the day, dogs look out for one another, watching each other’s backs and sleeping against them.
