A scary jump
At the side of the factory, Officer Jack spotted a rain pipe positioned conveniently near the open window. He realized he could climb the pipe and use it as a launch point to reach the window. The gap was too wide to reach the opening from the pipe alone, but he could leap and grab the windowsill. Taking a deep breath, he steadied himself, focusing entirely on the spot he needed to grasp, knowing that one misstep could send him crashing to the ground. With determination, he jumped and seized the windowsill.

The climb up the pipe was manageable; Jack had done similar maneuvers before. But the leap to the window was riskier and required absolute precision. Missing the windowsill would mean a hard fall onto the unforgiving ground below. Heart pounding, he concentrated, controlled his breathing, and timed his jump perfectly. For a tense moment, his fingers clung to the edge, the building silent around him, as if holding its breath along with him.
