Alexandre Villeret – On the other side of the camera
Like his father, young Alexandre Villeret was also drawn to the cinema. In 2013, he directed his very first short film, En pays cannibale. Alexandre Villeret is the adopted son of Jacques Villeret, and although they don’t share a blood connection, cinema links them deeply. However, unlike his adoptive father, Alexandre chose to work behind the camera rather than in front of it. He didn’t want to become an actor, because seeing his father rehearse his lines at home made him realize how difficult the profession is.

Coluche’s children didn’t choose to remain in the shadows. Although they didn’t achieve the same stardom as he did, they made their own mark in the world of show business. Marius Colucci, the youngest son of the French comedian and actor, has also embraced a career in acting. After taking professional acting classes, he went on to play a series of small film roles. He has appeared in series such as Nos chers voisins, Joséphine, ange gardien and Capitaine Marleau.
